Please read these terms carefully before using Baku. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About These Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Baku mobile application and website, operated by Mosaic Analytics LLC, doing business as Baku Science, based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Baku.
3. Not Medical Advice
Baku is a wellness and analytics tool, not a medical device. Information provided by Baku is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@bakuscience.com.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all health and personal data. By using Baku you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the analytics described in our app. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer the app, use automated scraping tools, interfere with service integrity, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of our infrastructure.
7. Intellectual Property
The Baku app, logo, design, analytics models, and all content are owned by Mosaic Analytics LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Services
Baku integrates with Garmin Connect and Apple HealthKit. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mosaic Analytics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
